The Roero Arneis ‘Daivej’ by Deltetto is a fresh and everyday white wine from Piedmont. The history of the winery originates in Canale, where the Arneis vineyards are still located today. The name from the Piedmont dialect “dai vej”, meaning the old ones, pays homage to the relatives of the owners and the founders of the winery. The vinification takes place in steel at low temperatures to preserve the fragrance of the grapes, followed by aging in steel only, which maintains tension and expressive cleanliness.
