The Grenache 'God Only Knows' from Cayuse Vineyards originates in the Walla Walla Valley, signed by Christophe Baron and his biodynamic viticulture. Made from predominantly Grenache grapes with whole cluster vinification, it ages for twenty-one months in neutral French wood, a style that allows the prestigious terroir to speak. On the nose, it is a kaleidoscope of floral and red fruit notes, including rose petal, violet, strawberry, currant, and orange peel, on a background of wet stone and Mediterranean scrub.
