Dolcetto d'Alba La Stoja 2025

The Dolcetto d'Alba by La Stòja comes from the hills of Langa from red grape varieties, whose name recalls the sweetness of the pulp while always producing a dry wine. Made using traditional methods and bottled already in the spring after the harvest, it emphasizes the fragrance of the fruit. On the nose, it is winey, with a hint of red fruit and a floral touch. On the palate, it is dry and soft, medium-bodied, with the typical bitter finish and a harmonious profile, ideal with pasta with ragù or a platter of cured meats.
